Welcome to Full Bloom Wellness!

Life transitions can be powerful, disorienting, and deeply transformative.

Pregnancy, postpartum, perimenopause, menopause, and the many identity shifts that accompany them are not problems to be fixed, they are profound seasons of becoming.

At Full Bloom Wellness, I support people through these transitions with compassion, education, and embodied care. My work is rooted in the belief that every person deserves to feel strong, supported, and confident in their body. Healing is not something done to you, but something that already lives within you.

I am here to guide, support, and walk alongside you as you reconnect with your own capacity for healing.

I started seeing Annie during my third trimester after dealing with pubic symphysis and other pregnancy related pelvic pain. I finally felt like I could see a light at the end of the tunnel after receiving care from Annie. In addition to the physical therapy she provided, Annie was an incredible source of knowledge for many other facets of pregnancy and postpartum wellness. I always left my appointments feeling better physically and mentally.

I’m Annie, a pelvic health physical therapist, coach, and parent with a deep passion for supporting people through the most tender and powerful chapters of life.

My clinical background in pelvic health, combined with my own lived experience of pregnancy, postpartum, and parenthood, opened my eyes to a profound gap in healthcare. There’s a lack of ongoing, holistic support for people navigating major hormonal, physical, and identity transitions. . . making it easy to feel lost and misguided on your healing journey.

These experiences led me to expand my work beyond traditional physical therapy and into coaching and community-based support. While physical therapy remains a valuable tool, it is only one part of the bigger picture. True healing often happens when education, emotional support, nervous system regulation, movement, and self-trust come together.
